Problematic Pinyin (E101):

1. Larry's rule for learning Pinyin: Keep reminding yourself that Pinyin IS NOT English.

2. Larry's second rule for learning Pinyin: Pinyin ALWAYS comes with a tone. In fact, of the three components of a Pinyin word (Initial, Final, Tone), the tone is the most important part.

Your homework this week is to look for 5 Chinese characters that start with Zh, J, and Z in your Pinyin Watchtower. (5 each, total of 15)
